When the fold latches are released, the handle will begin to fall toward the floor. Release the fold buttons and press downward on the stroller handle until the stroller is completely folded. Secure the stroller in the folded position by hooking the fold latch, located on the right side of the stroller, over the rivet that protrudes from the frame. CANOPY * The canopy features a ratchet system that allows the canopy to be moved forward to block the sun or wind. To adjust the canopy’s position, push forward or backward on the canopy until the canopy is in the desired position. See figure 23. I read the answers written here and I can see why some people are still confused. So I will try to break it down into steps:
1. With your foot press down on the lever numbered 1 at the bottom of the stroller. This lever holds in place.
2. With your foot press down on the the lever numbered 2 at the bottom of the stroller. Hold this lever down with your foot because it does not lock in like lever numbered 1.
3. While your foot is still pressed on lever number 2, hold the handle bar with both hands and **** it forward. This step is rather tricky. So think of it as punching both hands forward horizontally while holding the handle bars.
At this point the stroller will come apart and fold. Now if you see that the stroller is stuck in position and does not fold or comes apart only with a lot of force then you have to oil the joints. Use WD-40 and spray it on the joints on the side of the stroller located right below where it say "PegPerego" on the body of stroller. That is where the joint where the stroller folds is located.
Hope this helps.
the steps are numbered 123 on the stroller. press the big round button numbered 1 on the right side (i think), which is located where the handle meets the main part of the stroller. Press the big round button numbered 2 on the other side. After you press button 2, you should be able to fold the handles (both of them together) forward, swinging the handlebars out in an arc until they're nearly touching the front wheel, on the ground. Now, step 3 is the difficult one--you've got to release the catch numbered 3 (underneath the seat, directly beneath where the baby's bottom goes) and then slide the ring forward, along the rod underneath the seat, toward the front wheel. If you can get it going, the rest will happen very smoothly, and the stroller will fold very compactly. It's difficult to describe, but once you get it, it's a cinch after a little practice. Good luck!
I find to fold it, I place my foot on number 3 and push a little then press number 2 and 1 and the same time and fold the seat unit. Then just push down ontyo it untill t is fully folded. I find it to difficult to press 1 then 2 then 3 - 3 always gets jammed if i follow their instructions.
To unfold pull number 3 untill it clicks then nfold seat unit an click the middle handle - hey presto buggy shuld work :)
i thk the instructions tey give a more work than needed.
