Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Do you have the make and model of the dvd player? How long have you owned it? If this is just a stand alone player I would suggest replacing it as replacement players only run about 30$. It could be a failing laser mechanism, or the laser itself getting weak. In 99% of cases it isn't worth it to have it repaired but better to just replace. The only thing you can try is a laser lens cleaner.
