Question about Cameras
This is common problem for camcoder hard disk type (if it long time not used) . Please replay recorded AV several times of your Camcoder then start to record again.
If problem persist, you have to get it repaired in shop ( Authorized dealer shop is preferred).
It doesn't matter you bought it in other country, as customer you have right to get it fixed with reasonable cost.
