Try reloading the plug in or go to adobe and redownload it
or try google chrome as your browser it automatically includes the latest drivers
also you can try Stickam.com to broadcast it. (personally i find stickam to be much more reliable)

Man you have to download the supporting mozilla firefox , internet explorer and adobe flash player.
that means these softwares must support your windows vista service pack 1.but i personally advice you that you have to upgrade to windows 7 ultimate or home edition.most of the softwares supports windows 7.i think that you got the solution.

Fix adobe flash crashed in all browser

Try to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player Active X and Plug in and then reinstall it as there could be traces of previous versions in the computer which are interfering and making it difficult for the browsers to properly display videos on your computer. You can do this from the computer user settings and manipulating the "Add/Remove" programs list.

-- Try to use Flash Player 9 is your Flash Player 10 is not working fine. You can simply download it from the Adobe web site.

-- Update the drivers, the link is given below which would ask you to download the file through internet and run it on your computer.

Using GL2 as a webcam

Using the firewire/IEEE cord attach the camera to your computer.  If you are using a Mac it should instantly recognize the external camera when you open iSight or what ever utility you are using to communicate.  If you are using a Windows based computer open MS Moviemaker and it will recognize the camera as well by selecting capture -- once the camera is recognized you should be able to broadcast with it.  If you are using uStream.com sometimes your video capture interferes with the ability to broadcast.  In that case hook up the camera using firewire, connect to uStream -- grant uStream permission to capture using the camera then you can see the video in your browser window.
