Brand new dryer wont heat

depending on which model roper dryer it can be a thermal fuse,high-limit thermostat, cycling switch, burned off wire in control panel, check each side of the heating element to ground and find 125 v.a.c. then on the side of the element that has low or no voltage on it to ground start at the element and back track the components leading to the dead leg on the element till you find 125 vac to ground and replace or repair component or wire, then you should get 240 to 250vac across heating element terminals

Brand new heater won't start. Transformer buzzes. Power is good. led doesn't light. 3A fuse at bottom of circuit board keeps blowing as soon as the power to the unit is turned on. Problem?

There is a definite problem here with a dead short, honestly I would return the heater to where ever you purchased it from. To be brand new it should be out of the box and plug it in maybe a little programming and instant heat. Hopefully you are not to far away from the purchase place.

NO DISPLAY

what type of heater are we talking about no display could be many a reason, the common is lost power to display either bad connections or dead batteries, so if you can give us heater make or at least gas, air con, electric or what not it would help with brand make and model then can help, but no display usually means no power unless its a lcd display or something like that that is broken so a bit more info and you'll get more help and pointed in right direction

2001 dodge grand caravan ex 3.8 does not turn over

Try checking relays in the fuse box under the hood. If all checks out ok, check timing belt/chain.
