My Packard bell easy note ns loptop go slow. What Is the right solution

Download ''ComboFix'' software and install and run it. (Make sure antivirus, if installed, is TURNED OFF before installing and running the program). You can download it directly from www.combofix.org. It takes quite some time to run and ''do it's thing''. Your laptop will appear ''frozen'' for a while. Just LEAVE IT ALONE. Let the program do it's job, and you'll be a very happy camper when it's all done. Afterwards, assuming you do not have an antivirus program (or not a good one). Uninstall whatever bad antivirus program you are currently using and install ''Security Essentials'' (free from Microsoft). // NOTE: Before installing ''Security Essentials'', but _after_ running ComboFix, (assuming no other antivirus is running... if so, disable it)... Run ''System Defragmenter.'' You'll find it inside the ''System Tools'' Folder, which is located inside the ''Accessories'' Folder. After the defrag is done, install Security Essentials (assuming you have no antivirus and/or you've uninstalled it). Then you'll have your computer back to ''spiffy'' quick. // Ps... The first time you run a scan on Security Essentials, have it do a FULL scan rather than a ''quick'' scan (which is a good enough setting for routine scans later on).

Windows 7 Keygen won't execute and causes a APPCRASH

Delete any new programs that you have downloaded.

Often, the cause of corruption in a computer system is a bad download that installs harmful files.

If you started to get the Appcrash error on your system after downloading a new program or software from the Internet, it's highly likely you have downloaded a bad product.

Use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature in the Control Panel to get rid of the program immediately.

Uninstall the program that is crashing.

It is possible to fix the program's corrupted files while the program is still installed, but to make sure that you clear the program files completely, it is safest to completely uninstall it from the system.

Run a full scan of your computer.

Your computer should already have antivirus software installed that can scan for corrupted files and either fix them or delete them from your system.

If you do not have antivirus software on your computer, that could be a big part of the problem.

Purchase and install antivirus software as soon as possible.

Once you have the antivirus program installed, open it and click "Scan Computer."

The antivirus scan will isolate bad files and you will be given the option to remove them from your system.

Reinstall the program that was crashing.

Now that the corrupted files have all been removed, your program should run smoothly after reinstallation.

Check for program incompatibility.

If, after a thorough scan and cleaning of your computer and reinstallation of your program, the

Appcrash errors continue, the program you are trying to use may not be compatible with your operating system or other programs on your computer

rather than purchasing an antivirus program use one of these freeware programs

I live in Italy. I tried to download Microsoft Security Essentials, but continue to get the message that the Microsoft.com website is unavailable. I made a copy of the Microsoft Security Essentials folder...

Hello, good day.

1. Uninstall any existing antivirus including anti-malware software from your computer.
2. Remove the MSE folder from "Program files" folder that you copied from your friend.
3. Restart your computer (shutdown and wait for 30 seconds, then switch on your computer).
4. Logon with your usual login credential.
2. Download MSE. Browse this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/security_essentials/default.aspx.
3. Click the download link and follow the instruction.

This should complete your installation.

SAYS I NEED SYSTEM SERVICE

These intrusive software program do this because it is there job to do this and that with your computer. If it says you need service it means that you need service cleaning up your computer or the software needs you to make a selection to continue. Over 26 years of computer I have used just about every software program in the world designed to make your computer run better they claim.
Registry cleaners, hard drive fixers, clean up of unused files etc. Anti spyware and anti mailware and others are designed to do the work for you while working in the background slowing down your computer even more. You can do all of this stuff on your own when you want to do it. Disk Clean and Defrag are given to you for free it comes with Microsoft's Operating System under Accessories and Go to System Tools.
Microsoft Security Essentials handles all the other things necessary for keeping your computer fail safe. All the other things are added sector suckers that do nothing but bog down computer systems although they do their job it is just another program to purchase which are ofter contracted with computer companies to come with your computer at the time of purchase then they want to get into your pocket book.
Just a suggestion delete that software and get the Microsoft Security Essentials then clean and defrag regularly that is all you need. Your computer will run faster I can tell you that much. Just a suggestion? Speaking from loads of computer software testing. John

I tried to do an update on my webroot internet security essentials. It said there was another program running that needed to be uninstalled before I can update. It uninstalled everything. Now I'm having...

You may have another anti-virus program running which is preventing you from running your Wbebroot program. You can only have one anti virus program running at a time as they usually conflict with one another. With XP, you may have downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials. You can see if it's loaded and running by clicking on Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and Services. Scroll down to the "M's" and see if the "Microsoft Antimalware Service" is listed. If it is, double click on it, and then stop the service by clicking on STOP. Then change the :startup type" to Manual and click on apply and OK. After you do this (or if the Microsoft Antimalware Service is not listed) perform the following.
Shut down yur PC and then power it back up. Immeadiately start tapping the F8 key until you see a menu titled "Windows advanced Options". Use the arrow keys to highlight "Safe Mode with Networking" and press enter. At the log-in screen click on Administrator and then click on "yes" to proceed into safe mode.
Windows will load witha minimal set of drivers. Now put in your Wbroot CD and try to load the program. If if dowsn't load, use "Add Remove Programs"in Control Panel to remove the program, After the program is removed, shut down your computer, start it again in safe mode, and then you should be able to load your Webroot software.
Finally shut down your computer and restart it in the normal manner, If Webroot still will not function, some other program you have loaded is interfering with it. You will have to find and remove the program or contact Webroot for further assistance.
If you have any additional questions contact me by clicking on the "Add a comment" link located under your problem description on FixYa. Also, if you believe that this information was helpful to you, please return to the FixYa website and rate my response to your question.
Best regards,

Download Microsoft Essentials and removed several times. It appears in the taskbar but when the computer is turned off and then on again, it has disappeared from the desktop. It states that it is already...

If you can not uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials normally, press "Win+R" then type regedit and press enter, find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Microsoft Security Essentials and delete it. Then re-install the program and uninstall it and you'll remove Microsoft Security Essentials from your computer completely by this way.
