Question about Canon imageRUNNER 6000 Copier
A E000001-0000 is a error code for the fuser unit. It means it is not warming up to correct temp. Also, it may show up after a power surge or power lose. You may be able to reset it in service mode.

Thermistor into service mode. Asterick 2&8 asterick. Then function. Then error clear select and reset. On/off with machine. Look at the bushings that ride in the upper fuser roller. They break.usually the front one because that is where it gets its drive. Yes a power surge does do it also.your going to have to rest though. Bushing and bearings. A fuser rebuild is in order possibly.
