Question about Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 Notebook
The laptop has a few good reviews this could possibly be a simply defective unit theres nothing i could see that should have the cursor acting up like this, also the internet is usually based on the speed of that which you have very little about the computer affects that speed unless your hard drive is almost full. if it isn't full than check the connection maybe your not properly connecting to the internet.
