Question about Indesit 18 in. D41 Slim-Line Free-standing Dishwasher
Looks like the flood switch is activated. The dishwasher has detected a leak in the motor compartment and it shut down and tries to pump water out. Turn the power off and pull the dishwasher out. Tilt it to one side and then put it back in. This should move the water out if there are any leaks. Turn the power back on and check operation.
Also try the Rapid 25' cycle and see if the behaviour is any different.
