no.
some PC called AIO all in one, have option (new only choices)
to make PC act as a monitor (input)
your PC now has video jacks and all are inputs.. only
ok I just googled zx4951 and it is and all in one PC.
(what I call fake desktops) lacking all great real desktop features.
you did not post full model number codes, so what version it is , is not told. and matter.
the AIO PCs some have no video or and or inputs
some have none, no VGA, no DVI , no HMDI NOR DP jacks
some have 1 input.
this old PC has CCFL back lamps that 99% are all dead now.
CCFL can and do fail hard at 20k hours, 5 years old on average.
what matters most is your side port jacks I can not see them
and some are in fact optional, I see some have knock outs blanked off in sales ads for yours
lets see what the the manual states now, I read manuals to posters now.
the AIO screen is dead how can a dead PC CCFL PC work as any monitor ever.?
what some can do, dead is connect to any VGA monitor and now
works great or VGA top HDMI to a TV. works. (adapter cable)
rules of the road
all PCs are video output not input
AIO PCs can in fact do both or none, jack wise.
that is how this world works on topic
got this> hdmi left ,vga right blue? do you?, some models do
as this photo is REAL.
now the actual manual read me to you , from gateway.com
also country mattes too, not told but varies by country too..
https://www.gateway.com/gw/en/US/content/drivers-downloads
this PC is sold new (options or none)
3 ports all are ONLY OUTPUTS(stated in the manual clearly)
VGA
HDMI
S-video (on only some)
that means any of those seen can be sent to
any monitor matched,
any TV matched.
or if no match use an adapter. (ask)
when the CCFL dies the VGA and HDMi still output so use that to a TV or any monitor 2010 or newer is best or suffer CCFL again.
Not trying to be smart, how do you know the Power Supply's are good? What method of testing did you use? 12 volt power rail, (Yellow wire), shows at least 11 Volts? 5 Volt power rail shows at least 4.5 Volts? (Red wire) 3.3 Volt power rail shows at least 3 Volts? (Orange wire) Have you used a jumper wire on the ATX main power cable's connector, to bypass the Power On switch, to see if it, (They), is at fault? (Green wire {Soft Power On} to ANY Black wire. {Ground) have you used a jumper on the Front Panel header pins to see if you can find the Power On switch pins? Post back in a Comment.
