I have a "sanyo" T.v , (older basic model) anyways my remote just stopped working (nexxtech 1519001C) I am currrently watching cable but I need to switch the INPUT to connect to my ps3 ( A.B button)

My simple suggestion to that, you may buy a universal remote control to be able to switch your tv to input, and vice versa.anyway your tv is (sanyo)branded,so you could easily find compatible Rc..he heh..Dods

Magnavox input change

If the remote is its original one, there should be a button marked 'TV/AV'. Press this button to select inputs.

Can't change input - don't have remote

Unless there is a source or input button on the set you need the original remote.

No remote..want to play xbox...how can i do this without remote? TV has no input button

Just get a cheap universal remote, and program it to the TV. Some TVs don't have the dedicated buttons to switch inputs, without the remote.

I need to change the input on my tv but I don't

It's a westinghouse......you better get the model number off the back, then find a universal remote at walmart.....it'll give you a cpl different options for your tv....so read carefully the instructions that come with the remote you buy.

How do i change the input on my emerson ewf2006 tv without the remote? i dont have cable or sattelite or an antenna, so i wanna use my ps2 game system to watch movies for now til i get cable. cant do that...

There is one way to try. I would have your playstation connected to the A/V of your TV. Power up your game. Now try tuning your TV to channel 3 of course. Now, press channel down on TV a few times...You may get an input. I'm not sure if this will help, but try anyway. If this fails, you need to purchase a universal remote with an input selection. I recommend a Philips remote. TV remote model # SRP 1003/27. This number is located just left of the universal price code. I found this remote as one of the best. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!

Change input without remote. can be done on tv?

If you don`t have input selector on the set or in the menu you might be able to get it with the channel buttons, that would be right below channel 2 or above 125
