I can't see the problem but I'm guess that something other than the CD is set as your primary boot device.
Most PC are able to go into the BIOS, You do this by pressing the f10 key. You will get a BIOS display show your system parameter. the bottom of the page gives you the cursor move keystrokes. You need to find the line which displays the order of boot device and set CD as your primary boot device. Then press the f10 key and reboot. It should look to boot from the CD first.
