Question about Computers & Internet
I had the same problem a few months back and submitted questions to Gateway then Acer who manufactures Gateway. No help was really given so I went to Microsoft. All I was told to backup all files I wanted to keep and reformat my drive, then reinstall the Windows. That did work for a full hour only and the problem came back. Since then I purchased a new hard drive and the problem is gone
