Call the service provider for the setting they will send you.Just save it and you can start accessing it

Have you got MMS service activated on your number?? It is a must. Then only can you receive MMS msgs.

Probably they are entered incorrectly. that is in MMS settings. if they were saved automatically in your phone, request to have them manually from your provider (could call customer care) and try to go to the mms settings and verify or otherwise enter them. here are instructions.
Please ensure the GPRS WAP settings have been entered before entering the MMS settings.
1. Press the Back/Home key
2. Tap Messages
3. Press the Menu key
4. Tap Settings
5. Tap MMS server
6. Press the Menu key
Edit these settings.
