Question about Washing Machines
I Have no Idea what machine you are talking about. So lets start with the timer mechanism, can you change settings on the machine and does it work then? if so I would suspect a bad timer, which I already think this might be. If it does not wash or spin on any cycle and makes a whirring or grinding noise then I would suspect the motor coupling. If it make no noise at all on any cycle and does not move the tub or agitator I would suspect a bad motor. I still would look at the time rcontrol first. Sometimes these get bad spots on them and they won't advance like they should. I hope this helps but there is no way to diagnose a problem like this without seeing the machine.
