Question about IBM ThinkPad T43 Notebook
If it is the supervisor or hard drive password, you'll need to contact IBM support for service to have the board and drive replaced. If it is the password need to turn on the system, try to turn off your computer, remove the charger, battery and CMOS battery. Then press the power button for about 10 seconds. After that, connect the charger, turn on the laptop and wait till it completes the power on process. After that, you can turn it off and reconnect the batteries and try to test the system again. Hope this helps
