Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I just lost my video output from my HP m7250n. I tried replacing the graphics card and that did not work. I connected the display with its VGA cord to anther computer and it worked just fine. Any ideas?

This particular model of computer is known to have bad capacitors. If the capacitor that regulates power to the onboard graphic chip is bad, you will not get a video output.

Cannot reinstall

I had a friend that had this problem.  Disconnect the printer and shut it off.  Go to add/remove programs and remove all software related with it.  Restart your computer.  Put the cd in the drive and install all the software.  DO NOT connect the printer until the software tells you to or says that it can not find the printer.  First plug the USB to the printer and to your computer.  Then press the power button on the printer.  If a found new hardware box pops up, press cancel.  Continue with installing the software.  Restart your computer when you are done.  This worked for my friend.  People do make the common mistake of not unplugging the printer when reinstalling software.  Hope it helps.

HP Media Center PC m7250n will not power up

hold the start button in and check the back of the case to see if the power supply fan turns while the power button is depressed. If it turns while the button is pushed, but then stops when you let off the button, then the power supply is probably bad and needs replacing.
