Question about Polaroid TDA-03211C 32 in. LCD HDTV
Here is a solution for the problem. My tv did the same thing. You have 2 blown capacitors that are located at EC17 & EC18 on the top circuit board inside the set. On the back of your set is a black cover with 3 screws. One is in the middle and there are 2 small ones on each side. Remove the screws and the cover will come off. You will now see a metal cover and I think it has 4 screws. Remove them and remove the cover. You should now be able to see the inside of the set. There are 2 circuit boards. The top board has 6 screws I think and and 3 connections that need to be unhooked so that you can remove the board. You can order the capacitors at Digi-Key.com and the part number is 493-2069-ND. Look these up on the website and it will give you a picture of what you are looking for. I sent my board and the capacitors to a guy in Poland Maine at JD Electronics and he soldier them back in for me. I did not know how to do this. I put the board back in my set and it works fine now. Give him a call and see if he can help you. His name is John
