- I talked to you about my GO.VIDEO on Friday and you gave me the phone # of Customer Service 2124 Carr St. in ST. Louis, MO. as 314-657-2366. A recording came on and said to wait a short time and someone would come on the line to assist me. Well I waited about 15min, and then someone hung up the phone. I tried again and the same thing happened. This is rude treatment and I am angry that they would be so rude. Can you call them and get an answer from a person and find out what I should do or give me a new way to solve this problem. My Go Video GV-3070X does not turn on when we plug it in.
