Plug the datatraveler100 into One of your Usb ports, wait for it to be ready to use, then got to the data yo want to transfer right click on it then choose an option of send to then click on the datatraveler100 so data will be copied there.
then unplug it plug it in the other machine
wait for it to be ready to use
go to my computer open removable disk (datatraveler100)
then you can see your data you can choose to copy and paste it anywhere in your computer.
