Question about VeriFone Omni 3700
The 3750 prints very light. How do you correct this. Thanks
Sometimes it is the wrong power supply. I have seen it before. You need to verify that it is the power supply meant for a 3750. If you use a power supply from a 3200, this problem can occur.

Call for a replacement unit. The printer prints by heating up the paper in a tiny dot. If it is not heating up enough, the printing is very light.

Before returning the terminal simply check to ensure you have the paper inserted properly. Thermal paper will only print on one side. if inserted backwards and your printer runs hot then it is possible for the light print to "bleed" through the back lightly. If that is not the problem, then call in for warranty.

When this begins to occur it can be the roller mechanism inside the clamshell. If one side has a bushing that is going or is not getting firm pressure the paper, it will create issues for the printing mechanism. This is normally where I start.
