Question about Apple iTunes

1 Answer

When I try to burn a disk it tells me I have to check each song individually. This is crazy. Isn't there another way. Select all doesn't do it.

What to do is to create a new playlist. Then go to your music library and from here you can drag the tracks that you want to record onto the playlist. Once you have select all your tracks you can then burn that playlist to CD. Hope this helps.

Right click the disk in 'my computer' and select 'format' you'll get a warning about "formatting removes all the data".

Make sure that you select your MP3 player otherwise you'll wipe your computers HDD and that wouldn't be good.

8) In order to make it easier, prior to starting the procedure of burning a dvd or a cd make a folder on
the desktop which includes the data or the songs that you want to burn in......it makes it easier to locate a single
folder rather than to search individually for an item.

IVE TRIED MAKING A CD OF A SONG JUST RECORDED A IT WONT BURN

Try transferring the song into a playlist on itunes, then click the burn cd button. If this doesn't work try a different cd, the one you are using might already be used or the incorrect format.

I am using Verbatim CD-R Light Scribe.

You probably burning them as data disk, not audio CD. Select audio CD and do it right this time, you can only fit like 20 songs per disk this way

IPod Problems - Connecting to Windows / Songs Cutting Short

Sounds like Vista has some setting causing it to want to check all USB devices. Maybe a virus scan or something?

Yes restoring an ipod resets it back to all factory defaults, which is to sync automatically. So whenever you restore you will need to recheck that box.
