Question about Motorola Mobility Krave™ ZN4 Cell Phone
There are two ways: since Motorola phones use mini-usb, you can connect it directly to your pc via a mini-usb cable- it should charge that way. The other way is to get a new motorola branded charger- they run about 10-15 dollars at your local big-box retailer. If it still does not charge with known-good cable or known-good charger, then the hardware in the phone has faulted and you will need to go to your carrier and ask for a safety-related replacement (electrical issues = safety issues in my book!)

This model actually uses "Micro" US, not Mini. Forcing a Mini US plug into the slot will damage your unit. You can find the original charger for much less than $15 online. And there are compatible chargers from third parties available for less than that. The charger was the weak link on this unit. We had 2 fail over the life of the phone.
