Your sd card is to big go down to a 2gb card on the 512mb mix max. Only the mix max plus will support 4gb cards. Also I could never get windows to support files so i used pocket dvd wizard to convert it is 15 bucks well spent and you can convert with the card in the device and save it to windows media to drag and drop in the future.

I cant put videos on my mp3 player Well I go to Windows Media Player 10 and press the sync botton and drag my videos and i unplug it when it says its ok to unplug and check my videos and there not there

some mp3 players with video playback require that the videos be located in a certain location and/or be a specific type
check to see if the videos are being put in the right location under my computer
if they are not redirect windows media player to place them in the correct location or manually move them in my computer
if your player requires a specific type of video (ex phillips) check the company website for free conversion software under the specific player
also some players are tricky with how music and videos are stored
(ex some don't like music or videos stored in seperate folders)

Can't download free music and videos on a sa3025 gogear mp3player

You have to use Windows Media Player to trnasfe rsongs/the Philips Media Converter for videos:
The instructions in these pages, which are largely links, pertain to Windows Media Player 10 and 11 only.

Windows Media Player is made by Microsoft. The general help page for Windows Media Player is:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx

Through this link, you can enter a variety of search terms that will help you find what you are looking for (exs.: “add files to my mp3 player”; “delete files from my mp3 player,” etc.)

Important Vocabulary:

The code word for “mp3 player” in Windows Media Player is “DEVICE” or “portable device”

The code word for adding files is “SYNC,” “syncing,” or “synchronizing”

The code word for copying files from CD is “RIP,” or “ripping”

The code word for files stored on both My Computer and my Mp3 player (when it is connected to the computer) is “LIBRARY”

To add files (SYNC) to your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/windowsmediaplayer/wmp10/harrison_wmp10.mspx

To add files (SYNC) to your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/mediaadvice/0085.mspx#EDF

To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

My Directions:

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

Disney mix stick software

You don't need the disk that came with the Mix Stick. It's just a plug in that interfaces with Windows Media Player and it completely optional. Without the software you can still use the Sync function in Windows Media Player to synchronize songs to the player.

Disney Mix Stick

You don't actually need the software. You can still use the Sync screen in Windows Media Player to add songs to the player without the software. The manufacturer has a PDF download of the manual at http://digiblue.com/customer-service/downloads/index.html
