Question about Saeco VIA Venezia
You don't have enough water in the boiler to produce enough steam. Before hitting the steam button, turn the steam knob on, and push the brew button in with a cup under the steam wand. Make sure a steady stream of water is coming from the steam wand and then shut the brew button off and turn the steam knob off. That will make sure the boiler is filled. Now push the steam button in and wait for the steam light to light up.
