Nexxtech Wireless Thermo Hygrometer 6301030 - outdoor temperature information is not showing on the indoor unit. Outdoor unit is still displaying temperature info. Indoor unit is displaying indoor temperature information on Channel 1. Channel 2 is blank (outdoor).

[8] SELF-DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION
1. Indoor unit
(AH-X18MEV, AH-X18MEV-1, AH-X24MEV, AH-X24MEV-1)
To display the self-diagnosis, hold down the AUX button for over 5 seconds on the indoor unit when the indoor unit is not operating.
• The operation lamp (red), timer lamp (orange) and Super jet lamp lighter) flash to indicate the information of malfunction.

The operation lamp (red) and the Super jet lamp (green) flash in synchronization with the timer lamp (orange).

• The POWER CONSUMPTION indicator indicates the information of malfunction by showing the main category error (number) and the sub-category

Double check the batteries to make sure they are installed correctly. If one of the batteries in the outdoor sending unit is in backwards, it will not send the outdoor data. On the indoor unit, there is typically one battery that is used for receiving the signal from the outdoor unit. If all of the batteries are in correctly but that one, you will see the display and the indoor temperature information, but the outdoor information will not be displayed. If there are reset buttons, also try them.

I have a BIOS wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer. The indoor base unit doesn't display the outdoor temperature - it is blank - however the other temperatures - humidity, indoor temp, etc., are displayed, What is the problem? We have misplaced the manual so we don't know what to do.
