Just installed new topside panel, control transformer and temp sensor on my jacuzzi tub. turned power on and i hear a cllick sound from the control panel and i get 4 dashed lines on the screen

sounds like a circuit breaker. im sure by now you have double checked your work? make sure all your connections are tight. check any inline fuses or for a tripped curcuit. often times these things are so simple that you miss them completely, im guilty of that myself.

I have a jacuzzi premier hot tub but the control panel only shows four dots and doesn't work anyone know why

four dashes on the control panel usually means there is a water temperature unknown. This usually happens when the water is changed.

Curios, why did you order another control panel? I need some history, when it worked, how it failed, any other information like if it was moved or rewired for power...etc.

Jacuzzi hot tub will not reach temp pumps do run?

If your hot tub is running but NOT heating then you need to look at a couple of things.
First, on the topside, is the heat indicator light on?
If it is on and the tub is not heating then the temp sensor or the high limit sensor is not working and need to be replaced.

The water does not get hot just warm it is a brand new jacuzzi spa

Check the Temp Sensor and the High Limit sensor on the system. Make sure the heater light is coming on. if the heat light is not on then the pressure switch is not working but I am thinking more like the Temperature Sensor is not working.

I have a Jacuzzi spa that has a FL on the read out.

the FL code is usually an insufficient flow fault. you may have a dirty filter or a faulty flow switch/sensor.

What is the freeze protection temp on a jacuzzi pump set at?

Pumps don't usually have freeze controls they will usually be in another control. Most are set at 38-40 degrees. All are different by brand but I think any run below 36. Be sure that your air temp sensor is OK if your having trouble, This will show on your control pad, and your temp sensor should be located below your control box by your equiptment. Hope this helps, good luck.
