Question about Garden
It sounds like you have straight gas instead of mixed gasoline in the tank. When you do this you wont have any lubrication inside of the engine, and you will have metal to metal contact. You can do this only once. It sounds like you did it once, then restarted it and it did it again. If you took a pan or bucket and dumped the fuel into it, it should be a blueish color, if it is a yellowish color you dont have ant lubricating oil mixed with it. This is what caused your failure.
If you have seized the motor........you have a decision to make. You can have a small engine shop try...... to free it up, but the damage has been done. The engine most likley will not make the same power anymore, and cost between $50 and $100.00. depending on how long it takes them to free it up. Once they free it it may not run at all. Your best bet would be to get another one, and Double check the fuel before starting.
Sorry for the bad news.
