Mine is also like this, but I now live in Spain. Will I still be able to take it back to the store when I am next in UK ( still within 12 months of buying it) or will they say they wont replace it, cos I have a Spanish SIM card in it now?
again i had this problem. if you take it back to where you bought it from they should be able to fix it. i took mine back last week and picked it up yeste4rday, guy said there is a software fault with these phones!
Take the battery out, and with a small watch makers screw driver unscrew the 4 screws you see and their is another two at the end under the cover which you need to pull off. But don't worry as it sticks on.
under the bottom half there is a connection which may have come loose as its only a simple push in clip which tend to come loose.
