For the clicking if the fridge has been off for at least 5 min. and clicks when it tries to start then it may be the start relay on the compressor . If it does not stay off for at least 5 min then it may be the control which may also be why your display is not working.

Making a clicking noise and not cooling

This could be a relay on the control board or the compressor is short cycling or both. You can use my assistance to help you resolve this or call a technician, this depends on you. I am very familiar with the Artica/Profile and know that if you can follow instructions and use a test meter we can get this fixed. I would like your complete model number so I can refer to the exact model you have. I will leave you contact information and a service manual and a web page to use with the diagnostics. Replace the mother board. It is only a matter of time until you experience cooling issues.

Hey my ge profile top fridge bottom freezer is broken

I had the same problem, It turned out to be a bad circuit board ($350). Also check to make sure you don't have frost/ice build up in the rear of the freezer. The fridge draws cool air from the freezer through a vent in the freezer.
