Question about Pioneer VSX-915 Receiver
I purchased a receiver and it was working fine until a power surge yesterday now I have a blue LED flikkering on the power button you can press power but system does not come on. It seems as if it went into protection mode, How do I reset this please.
Had a power surge last night and got the same problem. Unit wont power on and has a blinking blue light on standby button. I found the solution from the service manual for a similar model.
Hold down ENTER and ADVANCED SURROUND buttons.
This resets the DC overvoltage sensor and bingo the unit comes back to life again.
