Turn the printer off. Wait until there are no more noises coming from the printer; in some cases this may take several minutes. Remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back in and then turn the printer on.
This will reset/power cycle the printer and should take care of the error code for you. If you do the listed steps and are still receiving an error message please comment back and we will go to the next step
