Where will I find a schematic with wattage values for all the resistors

Use this in Google to fine manuals and schematics:
Epiphone junior amplifier manual Google zoeken
Most resistors are 1/4 watt, unless something is added in the schematic.
You also can deduce the wastage, because for every size is a wattage, or the other way around.
When you are not sure, and it fits, use a bigger resistor. The same resistance (ohm) but a higher wattage is no problem as long as it fits in the housing.

Where can I find replacement thermostat/s for the PUH682 electric heater/s.

I would think the contacts are burning out on the line voltage thermostats. The contact areas have been reduced over the years so they last just past the warranty period. If it were mine, I'd locate a line voltage baseboard heater thermostat and adapt the control to operate the heater elements. Much higher amp rating and built more substantially.

How do you use the dial and what is it for

This heater has both a dial and a wattage selector. The dial is a thermostat, so it will turn the heater on and off as the temperature gets warmer and colder. Just like the thermostat on the wall in a house. The wattage selector switches let you pick how much heat goes in when the thermostat (the dial) tells the heater to turn on.
If you set the wattage at a higher level, the heater will use more power at once, but will turn on and off fewer times to keep the temperature determined by the dial setting.
If you set the wattage to a lower level, the heater will use less power at once, but will turn on more often and still use about the same amount of electricity.
So the dial really lets you pick how warm you want it to be in the room, and the wattage switches let you pick how often it turns on and gets hot. So this dial really determines how hot your room will be.

How does the themostate settings on this heater of 1 and 2 affect the heat output?

I just did a search, and I learned that your heater has two settings-- two different levels of heatT

Power 1,500 - 1,000 Watt

So-- likely position #1 will be 1,000 watts, and #2 will be the greater number: 1,500 watts.

Just doing the Math, the 1,000 watt setting will use 2/3rds of the amount of electricity, (and thus put out 1/3rd less heat!)-- compared with the 1,500 watt setting.

If you have to run this heater on an extension cord (NOT RECOMMENDED I might add!)-- the lower wattage would be the safer, and more efficient setting.

I hope this helps-

Need a higher bulb than 100w, Do they make them for this tv set?

You will burn up the plastic components in your television if you go with a higher wattage. The cooling system is designed only to handel the specified wattage. Also your set will shut down doe to increased internal temp.I do not reccomend using a higher wattage. You may have dust build up the optics of the light engine or a dirty colorwheel.LG made optics are notorius for getting dirty.Time for a professional cleaning.

MAXIMUM WATTAGE FOR FAN LIGHTS??????

those bulbs are candelabra type. if they came with the fixture then I wouldn't go to a higher wattage bulb. the sockets are probably bakelite and mounted with the base up so any heat off the lamps would be directed upwards. higher wattage bulbs may shorten the lifespan of the sockets. bakelite is a modified plastic. it won't melt but it will get brittle.
