Hi,
The RAM should be fine running along side each other but make sure you check the motherboard specs install the RAM leave running for 5-6 hours see how it goes also try memtest86 on your system here is the link

I have change processor then ibn bios processor detail are not shown?

IF YOUR BIOS CAN'T RECOGNIZE A NEW PROCESSOR AND STIL INDICATES YOU HAVE THE OLDONE, BUT YOUR COMPUTER WORKS FINE, YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
1.Live with it. No harm should be done. Actually there is a faster procesor in your computer and it works.
2, Update your BIOS. You should find the proper BIOS update for your computer. If any error happens while updating your BIOS, you may "brick" your computer.. It will be converted to a nice decoration piece and conversaton object.

Ahhh.. just another possibility. sounds incredible, maybe you'll say that it's not possible, but maybe you made a mistake and used the old processor or you installed a similar processor to the one you had before?

HI,

The only Thing To Do, is view both Motherboards, user Manuals.
To see The boards CPU Support List.
It could be to do with, certain Motherboards Supporting, certain CPUs.
I.e a 533mhz cpu, would not run on a Motherboard that supports 400mhz. The Systems Bios, May cause Other Problems.
If your getting a Black Screen, is it a possible Graphics/Ram Problem, Rather Than The CPU ??
