Internal error. cstp xIFO iloc mismatch error (1609 ICCSTP1.C).

does anyone know what this means and how to resolve? Please help

Okay what you need to do Is get the Hotfix for this software from the manufacturer of the software and they should send it to you. (You may want to check to see if you have it already). Again the hotfix is what you need in order to solve the problem.
