Led screen on microwave does not display properly

Micro wave samsung model MR5491G is installed in a Wilderness travel trailer. When shore power is hooked up the micro display says to push function button. Push "clock set" button and the display shows the number 2 Nothing else. Micro wont work or time wont set. Pushing buttons has no effect. Where do I get a new one or get this one fixed?

Display on control panel is dim and hard to read.

If it's an LCD or LED display, it' may not be getting an adequate voltage from its driver I. C.. If fluorescent, it could be failing itself, or not be driven properly as well.

Based on other posts on this site,

Sounds as though you'll have to replace it again. There isn't much else it can be. Is there a chance that the house is not well grounded? Lighting and the such can do this.
given the cost of parts....Look to price shop a new one before fixing this one.

This is a common problem. i havent completly solved it yet but this helps.

Be very careful doing this, There is Voltages with AMPERAGES high enough to boil your blood inside a microwave.

I had mine apart cleaning it. Only one number worked on my display. I wiggled and messed around with the wires in the back of the display. And almost every number in the display works again. Hope this helps.
