Question about Canon PowerShot A510 Digital Camera
As its not registering there are a couple of things to try.
1) Take out the card and clean the contacts with a soft dry cloth.
2) You can try blowing in the card slot or give a blast of air from a can.
If that doesn't work, try borrowing a card. If it doesn't register that you've a camera problem, if it does register, your card has a fault.
You may be able to re-format it, if you do this on a pc you'll have to do it again in the camera. Because they have different file formats.
