the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

go into safe mode , I think you hit either F5 or F8 during start up. You want safe mode with networking perhaps. From safe mode attempt a recovery to an earlier date when your machine was working.
GOOD LUCK

Where i could download microsoft xp home edition

You can't. You will have to buy the disc somewhere. I recommend looking on ebay for one that does not have an installation key with it and then use your own key. If you are trying to re-install on a machine that has crashed, there will be a copy of the operating system on the recovery discs that came with the machine. If your don't have the recovery discs, you can get them from the manufacturer for about $15-$25.

Want to up grade to xp

This system does support an upgrade form ME to XP but you need to first purchase an upgrade cd.

keep in mind that windows xp will no longer be supported by microsoft and at the price tag of 89-129$USD for the home edition you may just want to buy a cheap replacement computer.

if you do go to upgrade, once you get the cd you boot to ME. place the cd in and follow the instructions. The process is rather simple and straight forward.

Compaq computer and HP generally have all the drivers in XP when coming from ME. You may not have to do anything other than just use the XP upgrade feature.

0xc0070002 prblem occuring during installation and installaton close autmatically how i install it now

Either the system you are using is not supporting Windows XP home edition which is the case possible if you have bought your computer before the year 2002 or The installation disk you are using contains errors. These disk errors may be two types:-
*There may be some physical damage i.e. Some of the disk's optical flux may be destroyed.{You may get another copy of this disk}
*There may be some problem with the files of Windows, A usual problem with pirated disks and may be solved by buying an original copy of Windows Vista as licensed XP is no more available in the market!

Laptop

Hi

U can install the windows in laptop also.. But with one condition that u do not connect the laptop to the internet.. If u want to connect means u have to turnoff the automatic updates in ur computer.. My best suggestion is u buy a laptop with preloaded OS.. Because Windows XP home edition will not support some options.. Better u buy a preloaded laptop..
