Question about Pioneer Audio Players & Recorders
It's not readily apparent, that's for sure. If you look on the sides of the lid you will see what appears to be 2 metal rivets on each side. These are removable fasteners. Lift the lid and use a small screwdriver to push the metals fasteners out from the inside. Next, you can push out the remaining plastic pieces with your finger. The lid can then be lifted off.

Start with eBay, craigslist.org, perhaps local Goodwill store. It might be easier to just by another turntable that is not in fantastic shape but has a working motor...then swap.
