Remove the paper tray and check under the printer in the paper flag is in the down position. If it is you will have to take the printer to tech to clean or replace the paper sensor.

Check your default paper settings in your setup menu. Also, check the paper size is set correctly on you paper trays for the type of paper that is in them. Make sure that the documents that you are printing are set to proper paper size that is in your printer. All the issues, will cause this condition plus some. But those are the easiest, let me know if it continues. Good Luck

Will not print, but ready light is on and tray is full of paper.

remove the paper and look down in the slot, sometimes the (brown) guide mylars get flipped up out of place so that the paper does not settle all the way down, and it blocks the paper path.

Paper tray is full and the paper light keeps flashing.

First check the machine for paper jams. If not, remove the paper from the paper tray and reinstall it. Then try to print from the MP tray.If this works, check paper size settings on the printer driver, or the small black arm which hangs down next to the paper pick up roller, and is the paper sensor.
