Your notebook does not have compatible drivers for Windows Vista. It only supports Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit). It is highly advisable to just go back to Windows 7.

Compaq CQ61 - 319WM

BUT if you really want to download the specific driver for your wireless card, you can find it here:

Atheros ar5b95 drivers

I hope this helped you.

Can uwa-br100 work on the pc

Download Drivers from (Windows 7):

http://download.wireless-driver.com/driver/Atheros/Atheros_AR7010_Win_Driver.rar

Windows Vista/XP:
http://www.wireless-driver.com/atheros-ar7010-wireless-usb-windows-driver/

Substitute line "%ATHER.DeviceDesc.7010% = ATHER_DEV_7010.ndi, USBVID_0CF3&PID_7010" with "%ATHER.DeviceDesc.7010% = ATHER_DEV_7010.ndi, USBVID_0411&PID_017F" in all the *.inf file.

I'm trying to install my HWU300 wireless adapator on a windows 7 machine, but the only drivers I can find go op to windows XP. Is this device compatible with windows 7?

This is an adapter that uses the Zydas zd1201u chipset. There are no drivers for Windows 7 for this adapter that I know of. Zydas was purchased by Atheros, and there is no development on adapters with this chipset for Windows 7.

Need UWA-BR100 drivers

Hello,

When I install de UWA-BR100 driver with the fix mentioned above it works but it does not show all wireless networks available. When I look at the hardware properties I see 802.11b Preamble and a mention of Adhoc 11n.

When I look at the properties of my other wireless adapter there is mention in the properties of: 802.11n 20 MHz, 802.11n, 802.11n modus, Adhoc Qos, Adhoc 802.11b/g. This adapter shows more available wireless networks then when I use the UWA-BR100. With the UWA-BR100 I can not see my own wireless network.

Does anyone has a solution for this problem?

Thanks

Sandra.

Driver for Wireless Network Adapter apparently not working, said windows. But the driver shows up in device manager. Recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and the wireless option wasn't there. Realtek...

There is not only Realtek, but two more, i.e. Atheros and Intel. You better install all of them and check which one will work.

Click here to download Realtek Wireless driver

Click here to download Atheros Wireless driver

Click here to download Intel Wireless driver

All these are for Windows 7 32 bit platform (s)

If you've already installed some or part of the above drivers, please uninstall them (installed drivers), restart your computer and install all these.
Let me know if the problem persists.

Good luck.

I need a driver for Airlink AWLH4030 working with windows 7. The original driver starts error mesages about wlanapi.dll Thanks Rafi

had the same problem(awlh4030). The chipset on the adapter is mfg by Atheros.
If you use the Atheros ar5005gs wireless network adapter driver that comes with windows 7 it works with no problem.
