On the back of your refrigerator there is a groove which collect the water from ice defrost and in the centre of this groove there is a hole which is connected externally to a water hose which lead the water in a pan near compressor to evaporate. Now this hole is the hose is goggle and you can use a thing wire to insert in hole to open it. So all these water will drain out of the fridge and it will not be freeze either.

If you have an ice maker then your line going to the ice maker is probably leaking and that is where the water is coming from. Recommend you turn off the icemaker and find the shut off valve for the water line and see if the water problem disappears. As to the back in side freezing that may be where the water is migrating to and it freezes there. Solving your leak problem may correct the icing problem too. If you do have a leaky water line or connection where the line goes into the icemaker you need to isolate it, and repair or replace it.

Hi,my bosch f/f is freezing in the veg box and has a lot of ice under the last box in the freezer comp. What is the problem please?

In the back of your fridge you should see a hosepipe connected from the freezer's defrost water drain to the evaporating tray usually located on top of the compressor. The drain is blocked, hence you get ice on the bottom of freezer. The easiest way to clean it is to pull the hose pipe off the fridge outlet and clean the drain upwards with a piece of soft wire or electric cord or something similar. On my fridge (Bosch) I found the drain clogged with a kind of jelly like stuff. The other way to the drain is by removing back panel inside the freezer compartment but be careful, I sort of ripped mine off and broke plastic plugs on which it was fixed. Make sure you know what you doing.
Cheers Karel

Water setteling on bottom of freezer side and freezing also leaking. 2 fridges both doing the same thing . leaking on the inside and freezing and underneath water is leaking.

Clean out the defrost drain. There is a drain in the freezer that lets all the defrost water run under the fridge. If that gets clogged then all the water runs into the freezer and can even leak onto the floor

Now I think I have other things wrong with mine, after leakage problem the refrigeration compartment wont cool anymore but the freezer part remains working as usual.Ive nailed this down to one of the following not working... Thermostat / timer / defrost heater. So one or more of these needs replacing.Im just trying to look for a manual which shows the nuts and bolts or the refrigerator (not the "How to use" type manual which I have).
