Nero .nvc format I just did a Yearbook on this format and need to burn for others to view and it doesn't open with anyone else. I assume that is because it is .nvc format. Can we convert it yet?

I have a daewoo dv6 3000 and it wont play my burn dvd as i use a vcd burn

Hello Babs12555,

The reason it will not play is because a vcd is a (video cd) and your dvd player may not support that format.

The only way to burn a movie is to use a dvd compatible format. Nero has a program called nero vision which is what I personally use to burn dvd's.

The following is a tutorial on how to use Nero Vision to burn dvd's

Hope this helps you with your problem feel free to post back if you need any additional help. Thank you for choosing Fixya!

HELLO. try to install this: advanced windows care free. (www.download.com) and run it. i think your nero or win lost the association to that kind of file extension. if that still wont fix anything just install nero again.

Nero Burning a Data CD

The names are too long. You'll have to either rename the files to an "8.3" format ("PHOTO001.jpg") or tell Nero options to:

Use Joliet format, and allow long file names. Pick this before burning the disk.

Nero DVD burning Burning problem

Devil is in the details...

1. What O/S are you on?
2. What make and model of PC are you using?
3. What is the burner you are using (make and model)?
4. Most importantly, what kind of files are you burning? (ie, .avi, .mpg, .wmv, etc.). Codec information is very helpful here. Use GSpot to get the codec the vid was encoded it: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

So it begins!

Nero express

Please use some softwares like goldwave or sound forge to convert your mp3 files to 44k and 128k format. These format will read by the nero.

If these will no solve the problem then use other burning software other than nero. Use Droppix Recorder. Or Ashampoo Burning Studio.
