SOURCE: reset bios password or remove
Search for !BIOS,
remove the battery on the laptop's motherboard, wait a few minutes, then reinsert the battery,
Read your laptop's manual and find a BIOS reset jumper, and put a piece of metal between the two prongs to reset the BIOS.

On most acers it is two pads or a small jumper hidding under the ram.
With the laptop OFF remove the ram and check for J3 its is usually a bit more distinctive than the normal green pcb
You need to short that jumper out for a second or so
re-install the ram and boot up
You should now be able to get into the bios

SOURCE: how to reset password
To set the bio password, follow the following:
As soon as your laptop powers up, hold F2 until the ACER logo appears. Now press the right arrow on your keyboard twice to go to the: "MAIN" tab. Now press enter. You will be asked to enter the new password twice along with the original one. (if you previously had a password.). Now scroll down to where it says either: "Enabled" or "Disabled". If it is: "Disabled", press enter and select "Enabled". Exit the BIOS saving changes.
