Just try this link. It has circuit diagrams to some popular brand CRT TVs. Hopes that it might help you find out the exact number of the flyback transformer. Sounds like a high voltage power supply problem. With the TV on, check to see if CRT has a static charge on face of screen by placing back side of hand in front of it and feel for static charge. Also you could hold a piece of tissue paper in front of the screen to see if static electricity from the CRT attracts it. If no static charge is present, the problem is more than likely in the high voltage power supply. Unless it is something simple, like a loose connection, it would probably be cheaper to replace the TV. Do not probe around in the HV power supply while the TV is on--it could prove deadly.
The cost of ordeering a replacement part from outside India will be worth more than getting yourself a new set. You have 2 options you either look for someone with a similar unit and a different problem and get their part. Or simply just invest in a new set. Hope this solution is helpful?
