Check if compressor is starting and the click start of the compressor starting. After that refrigerator should have humming vibration. If yes then check the thermistor or replace THERMISTOR. Actually thermistor's job is to sense the cooling temperature. If THERMISTOR is faulty then ice formation will not happen. Once desired temperature reaches then thermistor activates relay attached with compressor for autocut.

Fridgde shut down. freezer droppped to 48 degrees and fridge at 68!!!!is it the compressor? Its only a year old!

If it's only a year old then the compressor/sealed system is under warranty. You should have a 5 year warranty. Go to www.frigidaire.com and request service.

Freezer cools to 10 degrees, refrigerator cools to 50 degrees

check if the fan is working and you are circulating air efficiently. You may check on the coils at the freezer if there are ice formation. I would suggest to have the ice melted by unplugging it and ensuring that all parts are ice free. Clean the unit while at it.

Kenmore Refrigerator cooling fluctuating

IS this unit a frost free? I'm wondering if the motor in your timer is running slow.If that happens it could take too long before the freeze cycle comes back on. Or check the terminator out. Either that or check the electric to make sure nothing shuts off the unit like a timer for the lights.
