Let's say that you want to install fresh O.S, but you don't have CD drive.
copy the contents of the operating system on a pendrive and then to your hard disk.
after that, run the autorun or setup file and boot manually through windows.
note: do not place the files of OS on the drive where you are going to install.
the other way is to boot through pendrive.
