Hi,

It should be physical dump error. Please remove the computer cabin and unplug the RAM and clean the RAM with the help of eraser. After cleaning the RAM re-plug the RAM in the same slot or the existing slot.

If the issue not get resolved, please insert the new RAM...

Thanks in advance...

If the fan is not spinning this can be the issue ...but it can also be the motherboard itself ..if you have the possibility try to change the fan ..cause if it fails to start the computer will also fail cause the cpu it will shut down the system instantly if it has no cooler working ..(gets to the shut down temperature in one sec or so ) If it seams that it is trying to start ..but , like I said , it shuts down ..just try to change the fan ...but it may be a issue with the power supply or the motherboard as well...

Press the black buttons on the sides of the computer located toward the back of the computer. The case will open on a hinge. The case can stick, so you may have to try it a few times.

Pressing the start button the fans run and the keyboard lights momentarily after 2/3 seconds the fans stop the computer does not start Dell Optiplex gx270 I have the same problem with Phillips MT2400

first, try to replace keyboard. if not work try reformat the system and if still not work, there is a problem in mainboard maybe short circuit then replace mainboard.

Dell Optiplex GX270 - Freezes up!

You may have either a memory chip gone bad or the CPU overheating. Withot seeing it and testing it's hard to tell you which. But one thing you can try is if you have 2 RAM installed, try to remove 1 and see if the problem continues. If so, change them and put the one you removed back and remove the other. if it continues then you may have an overheating problem.

Otherwise, you can try a SCANDISK and DEFRAG to clean up the hard drive and data.

Orange light on Dell GX270 power button

A solid orange light, usually indicates an internal power problem but just in case try reseating the memory. Also its become a habit on a GX270 to check the capacitors to make sure they aren't bulging.
