You need to use Windows XP Professional SP3 media dvd if you want to use your XP Pro SP3 product key. As far as I know, the SP3 product key does not work with the previous version of media (non-SP, SP1, and SP2).
If you have a legal copy of MS Windows XP then
The Product key is on a label stuck onto the back of the box, or inside on the leaflet, or on the
back of the sleeve for the disk(s)
If the product key is lost, contact Microsoft support as they may be able to help. If it has been
registered with Microsoft already they can usually recover your key.

If you purchased your computer from a store, there should be a sticker somewhere on the side or top of the case that displays a "Certificate of Authenticity". This will give you a pretty long key in the format of XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Use that key to install Windows XP.
If you purchased Windows XP on its own, the key should be on the sleeve or slip that came with your Windows XP CD.
If you're looking for a pirated/bootleg key, this is not the place to ask for that. You'll need to find alternative means of obtaining the product key, preferably by purchasing the software.
