Hi, I apologize that you are having issue's with your computer. Lets see if we can get this issue resolved.
Be sure the tower is unplugged during cleaning.

  • First, if you haven't already done so be sure to use a can of compressed air to remove any dust from the graphics card as well as any other components inside the computer case.

  • Second make sure the graphics card is still properly seated into the slot. Gently but firmly press down on the graphics card to ensure proper seating.

Once you have completed these two steps plug your tower back in and turn on the system. If you continue to see multicolored lines across the screen that means that the Graphics card will need to be replaced.
If you need any other help or need further clarification please don't hesitate to respond.

Hello did you install the graphic driver ???
If not download the driver here for your windows system:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/G41M-VS/?cat=Download

Please check the screen cable for loose connection.
Check also the screen on another pc for fault.

If a external graphic card is installed, visit the graphic cards homepage for downloading the driver.

Try also to look in the device manager for any drivers missing.

Good luck

Your card requires a 450w power supply and depnding on what you do with it, it may be pushing your PSU. I would try upgarding you VGA driver first here;
http://www.evga.com/support/drivers/
choose your o/s, Vista and Windows 7 are the same. You may have to uninstall previous graphics driver for this to work. If you haven't upgraded in a while, this will probably solve your problem.
